I have been offering for years to my friends the unique opportunity to fly over the Cathar castles in a plane. Indeed , I have the chance to have been living in Toulouse for a while. And since you live in Toulouse, you can't help diving into the southern France culture. There is an excellent site about catharisme in general and I think you should go there if you are interested in such things. Flight time is about one hour and a half, and you can see the route on the map here under. The flight is done with small planes, either a TB-10, or a DR-400. If you feel like you would like to fly over the Cathar castles, you should know that it is not expensive at all. The fee depends mainly on how many people go for the tour, knowing that the airplane has three sits plus the pilot.
